Mosaic Wonders of Verona Italy

by Lou Ann Weeks

Traveling through Verona, my husband and I headed for the Roman Theatre and The Archaeology Museum as we had read about the mosaics at the museum and didn't want to miss them. They turned out to be extraordinary. The theatre was built around the end of the 1st century B.C. and rests below the museum which contains important artifacts and finds from Verona's Roman past. I hope you'll enjoy of this brief movie of some of the mosaics we encountered during our visit.
